Democrats For Jihad

Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean told the Islamic Society of North America to think beyond voter registration drives.
"You need to run for political office," Dean said Saturday. "The only way you can achieve your goals is to stand up and say who you are and be proud of it."
Those in the packed house rose to their feet and applauded.
Dean was one of several prominent Democrats on Saturday to address the nation's largest gathering of American Muslims.
Republicans declined invitations, organizers said.

So please tell me...what is wrong with trying to get American's to participate in America's political system?
lol, you crack me up.
I know what you mean, we already have elected a bunch of socialists and communists to office and look how thats working out.
You know very well there are some American Muslims who agree (on some level) with the very extremists that we are at war with... and to pander to THAT group in order to get their votes is beyond horrible... it's the new Democrat party.
I do believe the American conservative so-called silent majority as it has been called in the past is about to rise up again and bite the head off of the Democrat party from top to bottom.
I think we've seen just about enough.

Sometimes I think you are a lost cause Red. Do you ever try and take off your conservative blinders and look at an issue/situation/politician from an objective point of view?
Of course I do.
It is not I with the blinders on in the first place. They are not blinders they are goggles with filters in them... we all wear them, the only question is what lens are you looking through.
Please go to my blog and click on Reds cartoons and see Goggles by Dean.
conservatives see things through a lens based on 9/11/2001... so sure I am guilty of that... however,
liberals see things through a lens based on Nov 1999 (the 2000 election- Bush stole it) and they see things through that lens.
How can they trust anything Bush says or does when they believe he stole the election in the first place? They don't.
They ignore the threat of Ilsamic Jihad, ignore the fact that Iraq is a major part of that war, ignore the consequences of losing, just to prove Bush is a liar....
Meanwhile the liberals who call themselves journalists pump the Democrat agenda down our throats day-in and day-out...while ignoring the threat, ignoring Democrat failures and trying only to catch Bush in just one lie.
So you tell me again who has the blinders on?
yeee-haaaaa,... and we're gonna take Iraq and Israel and England and America... yeeee, haaaa !
*sigh* I like you Reb but man you are so blind sometimes. I'll be posting something later tonight that expands on this conversation on my blog. Feel free to check it out and post some pro-Republican / anti-Democrat statements. That's about all I seem to find anymore. By the way...I am not just criticizing you Red. There are people on the left that have the same exact attitude that you have and it just frustrates and saddens me.
so, you would have me give those people with Bush Derangement Disorder a hug or what?
You want me to sing the praises of people like Pelosi, Reid, Schummer, kennedy, Kerry, Gore who have in my opinion committed treason?
sorry dude, you came to the wrong store.
Liberals don't play nice, fair or within any rules or boundaries... so you are lucky I'm as polite and nice as I am... you notice my blog got a General "G" rating for all audiences of all ages.
I speak the truth about liberals and Democrats and throw in some sarcasm and parody...you know, the "Truth With Jokes" as Alfranken likes to say.
Speaking of Alfranken, how about that campaign finance scandal he and Hillary are all tangled up in?
Culture of Corruption?
That stuff frustrates and saddens me.

"Liberals don't play nice, fair or within any rules or boundaries"
And conservatives do? This is the problem Red. There is nothing wrong with criticizing those you disagree with…that is not what I am talking about. The problem I have is with people who think they have all of the answers and Red, you certainly come off as one of those people. Disagreement and debate is a good thing. It is the total lack of listening to the other side that is the problem. All of the name calling doesn’t help either. And before you jump the gun about Democrats who name call, I have no time for those people either.
easy does it dave,...first, I do have all the answers (some of them could be wrong answers) thats what an opinion is... my answer/solution/observation regarding a problem or situation in the news or in politics, sports etc. MY take is what you will get when you come to my site.
YOU seem to want me to give you your opinion on my site in your words... sorry, not gonna happen.
This is the problem with the LEFT dave, disagreement is considered hate and not to be tolerated... yet it is the left who calls Bush a liar, murderer, nazi etc claiming he caused the 9/11 attacks, blew up new orleans, tortures innocent terrorists etc It is the LEFT that has been attacking religion in this country while defending radical Islam.
It is the left in this country that is trying to silence the right with the fairness doctrine.
If you have no respect for those who name-call then that pretty much leaves out the entire Democrat party for you doesn't it since they have all name-called President Bush at one time or another.
Guess you will be voting Republican after all then won't you?
-red
I will be voting for the person who I see as the best candidate, party be darned. Can you say the same thing? No because to you all liberals and Democrats are evil, America hating, jihad joining, Christian hating, baby killing Commies and all conservatives and Republicans are upstanding, God fearing, moral citizens who can do no wrong. What a joke.
wrong again dave... sorry to disappoint ya'.
I will be voting for the candidate (as I always do) that I agree with on the issues that are most important to me.... period.
I don't care what they have in front of their name (D) (I) (R) (?) whatever.
As I have posted several times, show me an anti-abortion, pro-war, pro 2nd ammendment, low taxes, small government, border enforcing Democrat and we're in business.
so you can lose the generalizations and move on to the issues if you like... or you can wrongly accuse me of being committed to a party regardless of the agenda, issues or performance... which would be a lie.
I have criticized BUSH, Republicans and conservatives... but none of that seems to matter when you have already made up your mind without really knowing me... hey, I thought you just posted a big longwinded post on your blog about how fair you are and the fact that you don't make up your mind until you have ALL the facts and have heard all of the opposing views.
What happened to that load of crap?
Fair enough, but even you have to admit accusing me of using generalizations is a bit of the pot calling the kettle black.
So...you think I'm long winded?
yes, yes it is said the pot.
I don't really think you are longwinded at all...although i did think that post was a wee-bit self serving... thats what i was busting your chops about.
hey dave, check out my latest, i sorta respond to you (in general terms)... Okie Funk has reached a new low.
-red
Well I certainly wasn't trying to be self-serving but I can see how it is possible that someone could see it that way. I was fairly hacked off when I wrote that post.
hey man, it's okay to believe that YOU have the answer(s) and that if everyone else would just listen to YOU things wouldn't be so screwed up.
You never know, you might just be right.
keep it up, I enjoy reading your posts as do many others I'm sure.
