Okie's Funk is Hokie Junk

On a local level, the leftwing moonbat Blog Okie Funk is the defending 2006 "Best Political Blog" in Oklahoma (lol) and is nominated in two categories currently for the 2007 Okie Blog awards.
The ideas and views on Okie Funk's blog are the same repeated "views" as the Daily kos, moveon.org and Code Pink spew for the most part... classic Bush Derangement Disorder with an Oklahoma twist of course.
See The Lies And Dishonor of Okie Funk for one quick example.
Now how in the wide world of sports Okie Funk could win an award for "Best Anything" is beyond me, perhaps "Best Moonbat"...

Okie Funk and Oklahoma's Depressed Economy...
Rather than comment further on their suicidal Anti-American/pro-jihadi stance, I decided to confront Okie Funk on a more local issue.
On this so called "award winning" (image above) blog, Okie Funk continually rages about the poor and blaming (evil) corporate-America or (evil) Corporate-Oklahoma in this case, for the plight of the less fortunate and lack of higher paying jobs.
The idea that big business or business in general is responsible for the poverty rate in Oklahoma and that the government is the answer is ludicrous on several levels.
This shouldn't take us long, ... Oklahoma has been a Democratic controlled state since statehood (100 years ago) and the largest employer in Oklahoma is ... the government.
The same (Democrat controlled) government that did not do what was necessary to compete with Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, New Mexico and yes even Texas for companies looking to relocate. Nor did they do what was necessary to encourage existing businesses to succeed which has resulted in more college graduates moving to a more lucrative areas of the country instead of staying and building Oklahoma.
Liberals like those at Okie Funk love to rant about the government needing to create new higher paying jobs, ...but that's what got Oklahoma into this mess... too many government jobs. And just who do YOU think they are going to tax to pay for all these new higher paying (government) jobs?
The employees. (i.e. working Oklahomans/YOU)
Okie funk also likes to promote the ideal of small business over big business and who doesn't like the idea of shopping with a small local owner of a small local store?
Okie funk neglects to think about the poor in this case, since shopping at that small mom-n-pop nearly always means spending more... sometimes a lot more for each item. Does anyone not see the conflict in their logic?
So, if Okie Funk really wants to get to the bottom of Oklahoma's economic situation and solution, they need to reverse it 180 degrees and point their finger at the Democrats who put Oklahoma in this situation and they need to snuggle up to the (evil) big-business corporations (with jobs) ... that is if they really want to help the poor... which they don't.
Unfortunately, if there weren't any so-called poor for the lefty's to prey on, they wouldn't have anything to "sell" and would be out of "business".
Okie Funk can't let that happen, not on their watch.
Their kind will disperse as much disinformation as they can in order to keep the poor and uneducated just that...poor and uneducated for future generations of liberals to "use and discard" the same way.
So if you are voting in this years Okie Blog Awards, remember A.B.O.F.
(Anyone But Okie Funk)... except of course the cheap clone/drone/copycat Left End Of The Dial which is a lazy reprint of everything written at OkieFunkDailyKosMoveOn.org i.e. more of the same Bush Derangement Disorder foaming at the mouth and keypad... pathetic.
No, I don't want you to vote for me, I didn't nominate myself and have no desire to compete for the votes of kooks who would vote for Okie Funk in the first place.
Okie Funk and their ilk gives Oklahoma a bad name.

When a person has grown up being fed from the usual, Democratic feedbag, it is not unusual for them to bray the party lines.
You are very correct, in pointing out that IF IFF the Democratic leadership was so great, then why is Oklahoma is such poor shape after all these, their, years?
State (and Fed.)Democrats fool the masses with fear. Fear of what?!!
Fear of change?
Change from the backward-ness we were?
Thanks for looking over my very conservative Localmalcontent bloggie, Red-- I've added you to my list of best sites w0rldwide there. Congrats on your concise, clear thinking processes!
thanks Mal, stop by often and join the fray.
I've got your back.

Neither party has anything much to offer except more fear, war, higher taxes and a diminished stance in the world. Sad, really.
Andrew @ RedDirtReport.com
thanks for dropping by andrew.
strange way to look at it I must say.
"more fear"?
Last time I checked it wasn't BUSH (or the Democrats) that put out two new videos within a week (more than steely dan) threatening democrats, Americans and infidels in general... it was the same guy that claims responsibility for the 9/11 attacks.
So if anyone is trying to spread fear... it's UBL.
War- (see above and below).
"Higher taxes"... hmmmm who was it that wanted to make the tax cuts permanent?
"Diminished stance in the world"
NOT TRUE, the fascists have always hated us, the communists have always opposed us, the Islamic radicals have been at war with us for much longer than we have been at war with them, ...look... war never solved anything except ending slavery, nazi-ism, genocide...
The fact is that America provides more good-will in the world than all other countries COMBINED in the form of aid, food, money, whatever.
We require NOTHING in return.
If people around the world don't like the fact that we stand up and fight for freedom, then they never really liked America in the first place.
All the Democrat sucking-up to them won't change it either.
If you want to end fear and stop war, then support the effort and pray our troops to "git er done" and also pray for the Iraqi's to be strong.
Meanwhile, take heart that you live in the most wonderful country on the planet with the most opportunity, thriving economy and most freedom... that we don't take for granted.

I agree that we live in the most wonderful country on the planet. I just want new leadership. And the only man speaking the cold, hard truth is my man Ron Paul.
Andrew @ RedDirtReport.com
okie-dokie andrew, glad we got that cleared up.
So,(assuming you actually vote) you won't be voting for Clinton or Obama if either is the Democrat candidate?
You seem more like a Kucinich guy or maybe a John Edwards fan to me anyway... but, if you say Ron Paul, I guess we'll all have to believe you, I mean you wouldn't *lie to us... would you Andrew?
*(providing andrew with the same benefit of the doubt that Democrats provided General Petraeus this week)
Andrew are you really a paulbot?

Perhaps the award is being given by a fellow traveler on the road to liberal ruin.
