NASCAR Website Excludes The Only NASCAR Candidate!

Racetalk Radio and Racetalkradio.com posted their NASCAR guide to the 2008 Presidential campaign a couple of days ago. The only problem is they excluded the one and only candidate who has EVER done ANYTHING for motorsports. LOL, some journalism huh?

They listed information on every other candidate and according to Racetalk Radio themselves NONE of those candidates has addressed any of the issues facing motorsports fans or racers, never done a single thing to protect the rights of automotive enthusiasts, never supported motorsports in any way.
Yet the candidate they conveniently left off is a member of the Congressional Automotive Performance and Motorsports Caucus has defended the rights of Off-roaders from environmental groups and has the eternal gratitude from the Sand Drag and recreational associations and much more.
The candidate they left off has supported drilling for oil and refining gasoline in the US to end foreign dependence, an issue not important to NASCAR fans?

Not according to Racetalk Radio it seems. The only issues important to Racetalk Radio have nothing to do with motorsports, racing or the future of automotive performance enthusiasts.
The issue for Racetalk Radio is .... the frontrunners and how they are doing.

If Racetalk Radio covers NASCAR races the way it covers a presidential campaign... then they never report on any car that is not in the top 5, those cars don't exist because they might drop out of the race. According to Racetalk Radio, upsets don't occur, underdogs never win and shouldn't even be allowed to be reported on. Using this methodology would result in no team below 5th place ever getting a sponsor.

Shame on them.
Racetalk Radio is doing a disservice to motorsports fans and voters by not reporting the facts.
There is a candidate that NASCAR, NHRA, IRL, ARCA and all motorsports fans should be informed of even if they don't get behind him.
His name is Duncan Hunter and he is in this race till the end.
Isn't that what we look for in a driver to cheer for? Determination against the odds.
Vote Duncan Hunter08 and teach the media a lesson while doing something good for motorsports and good for your country.

For God Sakes, I heard Rush Limbaugh say today that there is no 'Thouroughbread' Conservative in the Pub Prez race?

NASCAR AND LIMBAUGH! what is the freaking problem? and if caucus goers are conservative what the hell is going on?

Hey Spank thank you for responding.

They are using the lame excuse that since Hunter isn't polling better then he isn't in the race.

Using this same line of thinking, there would never be an underdog victory, never be a come-from-behind win and only 5 raceteams would have sponsors.

What a load of crap-ola

What is going on with this country! Everybody's crying about not having a Reagan Conservative, but Reagan's own son, Michael, has said that Duncan Hunter is like his dad. What more do the MSM want?

By the way, there was a rumor at work that said that Murdoch was selling Fox News. Any truth to this story?
