NY Times: Obama Camp Terrified of Biden Gaffe in Upcoming Debate

In a NY Times article (not a conservative newspaper) it is learned that the Obama camp is afraid that ..."Mr. Biden, of Delaware, as a loquacious and gaffe-prone speaker, could commit a momentum-changing misstep in their debate."

The article doesn't mention it (due to the NY Times being an openly pro-Obama publication) but I'm pretty sure the limitation on time for the answers in the debate is due largely to the same "loquacious and gaffe prone speaker" mentioned above.
