By all means demand purity from any politician you endorse. And be absolutely merciless if you catch any of them giving foot massages to moderate voters out behind the Winn-Dixie.
Insist no one you endorse reaches beyond that 20 to 30 percent far right position where you live.

Oh, I couldn't agree with you more! We need a conservative base, and Im afraid it will have to start from the ground up. Meaning your local community. Im very fortunate to have a couple in my area. I only voted for McCain because of Sarah Palin. Otherwise, it makes me sick that I had to compromise myself like this. NEVER AGAIN!!!
