President Obama, When Will You End The Endless Civil War?

A US soldier is caught on camera torturing a little girl in Vietnam.
This photo is more evidence of the destruction and horrific damage American troops have done in Vietnam, a country torn apart in an endless civil war started by America. One can only imagine the hatred this young Vietnamese girl has for Americans and will grow up with.
