Funky Math at UCO: Less is More

Sure 12% is more than 8%... but which is more.... 12% of $12,000.00 or 8% of 250,000?

Someone call Okie Funk's doc-hoc a.k.a. Kurt Hochenauer at UCO college and give him a quick math lesson please.

Good grief... which brings us to the "master of the obvious" quote of the year and doc hoc's real beef with wealth.

"The bottom line is that the wealthy have all the money".- Kurt Hochenauer

POP QUIZ for doc hoc:
Since you propose to take money from the wealthy to feed the government, the poor are still poor, so who have you helped by making everyone equally poor?

And for bonus points, how much extra per year are YOU (dochoc) willing to give to the government out of your tax subsidized income... an additional 4 or 5% ...or more?

Hint on the math problem... the person making $250k pays almost double the other person's total gross income... in taxes.

And this is the man teaching our younger folks. Shaping impressionable minds.

Thank the Lord he isn't a math teacher.

I offered to raise money for dave to take Funk's class and report on it... but I don't think dave is that excited about the possibility of being called a rightwing tool in front of other students... and I don't blame him.

I would take it. Just to blast the professor as often as I possibly could.

But I don't live in that area anymore. It wouldn't work.

Darn. And I so wanted Doc Hoc to teach me to be a better blogger. :(

Hey... email him and see if you can phone it in... errr I mean call him and see if you can home school yourself... lol.

I looked at some of his students blogs... and it looks to me like they are taking that class about as seriously as a history of basket-weaving class.. zzzzz zzzz.

He also teaches an English lit class... the dude's got it made and instead of being grateful that he lives in a country where he can pursue his dream job and get a fat government check for doing it... but no.

He sees it as just an opportunity to push his personal political agenda on young people from a position of authority... and a platform from which to launch attacks on capitalism and traditional American values and promote socialism, populism, communism etc.

Pathetic and even sickening.
