unfortunately i think this one is a losing battle. i don't think there is any chance of her not getting confirmed. :-(
I know... she could come out and say she's actually an illegal alien, anti-2nd amendment, baby killing, sexist whitey hater and she'd still get confirmed by that bunch. But I gotta get my shots in.
