France's President Nicolas Sarkozy is also pedofiling her teenage butt. Those Frenchmen, those Kenyans ... so much testosterone.
Yeah, and Burlusconi (the girl's dad) has his own "issues" as well.
Carter- "I have had lust in my heart"
Clinton- "I did NOT (yes I did) have sex (what is... "is"?) with that woman (who was barely 18 at the time).
Obama- "Look at the seat-covers on that one"
To be fair I think Obama is really just looking at the construction of those stairs thinking about where he can build a big trillion dollar set of "stairs to nowhere" to stimulate the economy of course.
This is so weak. If you see the video in full, you'll know that this is a snapshot of a moment that was in full motion. In the video, Sarkozy is checking out the girl (who is certainly stunning with all of that hair) while Obama is looking back to the feet of the woman behind him and helping her down the step.
For striving to always be "right", you certainly are far from the mark on this one.

First, it's way too long. Captions need to be short and to the point.
Secondly, it's just... as you put it, "weak".

Now Jim, we have already determined that Obama is merely helping that nice lady down the stairs safely... right before he helps an old lady cross the street, feeds the poor, redistributes all of the wealth in America, ends global warming and saves the planet.
