Judicial Activist Sworn In Before Legislating From the Bench

Anti 2nd-Amendment advocate and Judicial activist/"wise Latino" Sonia Sotomayor was sworn in as Supreme Court Justice. She has said on camera that judges "make policy".

All we can hope for is that she turns out to somehow also be a defender of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Many have speculated that she may be anti-abortion due to her Catholic upbringing and lack of any record of her actual stance on the subject.

Let's pray her superior Latino wisdom and unique personal experiences provide her with the reasoning power to come to the right conclusion when faced with "the choice".

While we are hoping and praying... you should hope that no more Supreme Court Justices retire for a few years.
