Obama's "Change" That Americans Didn't Vote For

Forget steaks, hamburgers, hotdogs, lamb chops, pork, chicken, quail, venison.
Wipe out the Oklahoma cattle industry, the pig industry, the poultry industry, the hunting industry.
Eliminate horse racing.
Radical thoughts, you ask? Not so to this Barack Obama confidant, whose animal rights views would overturn all of human history and destroy the world economy.

His name is Cass Sunstein and he is President Obama's nominee to become the nation's regulatory czar, the most important government position most Americans know nothing about. He's about to become the most dangerous man in America.

"We ought to ban hunting, I suggest, if there isn't a purpose other than sport and fun. That should be against the law. It's time now."- Cass Sunstein





Among top officials, this is the most important position that Americans know nothing about. All major regulations—from rules on clean air to airline safety to the administration of public lands—will pass Sunstein's desk. He will become, in essence, the nation's Bureaucrat-in-Chief.

Sunstein is a Harvard Law School Professor with long ties to Obama through the University of Chicago Law School. He's a radical animal rights extremist who would overturn all of human history to ban the eating of meat and hunting. He would grant legal rights to animals and allow attorneys for them to file lawsuits.



Concluded The Center for Consumer Freedom's report: "As the individual about to assume 'the most important position that Americans know nothing about,' Sunstein owes the public an honest appraisal of his animal rights goals before taking office.
Will the next four years be a dream-come-true for anti-meat, anti-hunting, and anti-everything-else radicals?
Time will tell.
For now, meat lovers might want to stock their freezers."

Stimulus Socialism

"We are now roughly three weeks into the Barack Obama presidency, and with the push for a radical socialist makeover in the Democratic stimulus package, the contours of this nation's partisan and ideological chasm are now on full display."

Let's first take stock of where things stand: Unemployment is pushing 8 percent, and the scope and speed of job losses compared to the 1990-1991 and 2001 recessions is said to be "unprecedented." Meanwhile, the latest public opinion data show Americans are "are more concerned about losing their jobs than at any point in more than a decade."

Given all of this, it'd be hard to argue against the need for a vigorous governmental response on the economy.
The real question is what to do, and as the administration and Congress have shown throughout the debate on the stimulus package, leftist ideological fundamentalism has turned the focus away from economic recovery toward Democratic pork-barreling and interest group socialism.

The morning's lead editorial at the Wall Street Journal captures the administration's tremendous lost promise on economic leadership, "
The Stimulus Tragedy":
Everyone agrees that some kind of fiscal stimulus might help the economy, and that running budget deficits is appropriate in a recession ... [but] Mr. Obama chose to let House Democrats write the bill, and they did what comes naturally: They cleaned out their intellectual cupboards and wrote a bill that is 90% social policy, and 10% economic policy ....

Some Democrats claim these transfer payments are stimulating because they go mainly to poor people, who immediately spend the money. Tax cuts for business or for incomes across the board won't work, they add, because those tax cuts go disproportionately to "the rich," who will save the money. But a saved $1 doesn't vanish from the economy, unless it is stuffed into a mattress. It enters the financial system, where it is lent to others; or it is invested in the stock market as capital for businesses; or it is invested in entirely new businesses, which are the real drivers of job creation and prosperity.
This is simple economics and common sense. Yet, the Democratic-left is so determined to use its power to satisfy every pent-up demand for social spending that reason be damned.

I looked around at some of the top radical blogs for a flavor of the demands for economic redistribution on the left.

Fantastic. Not only is this a failure of basic humanity, it's a failure of economics as well. For all the Republicans' and conservative Democrats' wailing about all the "wasteful" and "un-stimulative" spending in the bill, none of them see any problem with the $300 billion in tax cuts, despite the fact that they're roughly one-fifth as effective as those food stamp increases that just got whacked.

These cuts to the stimulus aren't economics, they're conservative politics: "You don't want the government taking your hard-earned money and giving it to Those People, do you? It should be given to the corporations so they can create more jobs!" These wankers would rather let us spiral into another Depression than give kids and poor people even a fraction of the compassion they gave the pirates and clowns who got us into this mess.

It honestly boggles my mind to see so much money taken out of this particular category. Again, these cuts would be palatable if there were some semblance of a policy rationale for doing so. But there’s none. Instead, the fate of state budgets everywhere must take a backseat to the desires of Senators Nelson and Collins to be perceived as very serious centrists. Forty billion dollars is a lot to pay to help protect two Senators’ ideological self-image. Perhaps the two Senators could write a sympathy card to laid-off state workers reminding them of how important abstract concepts like centrist budget hawkery are to the nation's well-being.

With the Senate dithering and Majority Leader Reid not forcing the Rep “Do-Nothing” ublicans to actually filibuster, we really need to be more concerned with our government failing ... $800 billion is not a big enough stimulus plan, especially with 42% of it going to tax cuts. Maybe it is time to eliminate the Filibuster Rule (Sen Bill Frist threatened to do that a few years back) and just steam roll the obstructionists.
Actually, before last night's recissions the proposed legislation stood at $920 billion and counting. That's more money that the United States has spent in nearly six years of fighting the war in Iraq.

"So all of this leftist outrage is quite revealing of partisan loyalties and ideological commitments. For the left, attacks on conservative budget policies and "deficits" are merely cudgels with which to trash the GOP for its alleged disregard for the "less fortunate" and to advance a socialist takeover of the state.
Meanwhile, simple economics indicate that a careful combination of tax cuts and targeted spending for critical infrastructure would be best for stimulating the economy.

The De-evolution of Blue-Funk's Oklahoma

The Blog "Blue Oklahoma" (a doc-hoc/Okie funk clone) has posted what must be the ironic post of the century with the "EVOLUTION IN OKLAHOMA" post.

"As we approach Charles Darwin's 200th birthday, Oklahoma lawmakers want to turn the clock back to the 19th century."

In reality (a place democrats rarely tread) Oklahoma had been under Democrat rule practically back to the 19th Century and only in the 2 past elections has Oklahoma EVOLVED from that stifling tax and spend neanderthal Democrat control by voting majority control of both the house and senate to REPUBLICANS for the first time in state history.

So... Blue and Funk, it turns out that the only ones who want to turn back the clock and de-evolve the state back to Democrat tyranny.. is YOU!

Gov't Control of the Media: Is This America or Venezuela?

Apparently learning a lesson from fellow socialist/communist Hugo Chavez, Barack Obama has kicked 3 major newspapers who had endorsed McCain off his plane in an attempt to control the news, control the facts and control the media in true communist fashion.

Last week the Obama campaign also banned a TV news station in Florida from access to the presidential candidate due to tough questions being asked of VP nominee Joe Biden.... and another station that reported on the Biden Florida interview debacle.

Folks... what you are witnessing is the systematic destruction and control of the news media by Barack Obama.
Journalism is dead and government (Democrat) controlled media is only a heartbeat away where no criticism of Obama will be tolerated.

Is this America?

Obama's Halloween Rules For Your Children

If you are a loyal Barack Obama supporter then I have some GOOD NEWS for you regarding Halloween and "Trick or Treat" night.

In following with Barack Obama's tax plan for America and "spreading the wealth", when your children go out trick or treating Friday night, there is a new rule.... let's call it the OBAMA RULE:

After going house to house and door to door for blocks and blocks getting their bags full of candy and goodies, children are now required to give at least 50% (1/2) of their candy and goodies to kids who didn't go trick or treating either because their parents would not let them or they were too lazy or whatever the reason. Heck, even if they don't have a reason.

Never mind that your children dressed up and went out in the cold themselves and got the candy... the lesson here is that they MUST give half of whatever they got... that they are required to give their candy to those who didn't bother going to get candy.

Hey kids, it's the OBAMA way!

McCain: Obama's Economic Plan Is Socialism

"They use real numbers and honest language. And we should demand equal candor from Sen. Obama. Raising taxes on some in order to give checks to others is not a tax cut; it's just another government giveaway."

McCain is not the only rational thinking person to realize that Obama and Socialism go way back...

"The socialist connections of Obama and the Democratic Party have certainly not been featured in the Washington Post columns of Harold Meyerson, who happens not only to be a member but a vice-chair of the DSA."

Campaign workers for Senator and presidential candidate Barack Obama are under fire for displaying a flag featuring communist hero Che Guevara. But Obama has his own controversial socialist connections. He is, in fact, an associate of a Chicago-based Marxist group with access to millions of labor union dollars and connections to expert political consultants, including a convicted swindler.

Obama's socialist backing goes back at least to 1996, when he received the endorsement of the Chicago branch of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) for an Illinois state senate seat. Later, the Chicago DSA newsletter reported that Obama, as a state senator, showed up to eulogize Saul Mendelson, one of the "champions" of "Chicago's democratic left" and a long-time socialist activist. Obama's stint as a "community organizer" in Chicago has gotten some attention, but his relationship with the DSA socialists, who groomed and backed him, has been generally ignored.

Blogger Steve Bartin, who has been following Obama's career and involvement with the Chicago socialists, has uncovered a fascinating video showing Obama campaigning for openly socialist Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont. Interestingly, Sanders, who won his seat in 2006, called Obama "one of the great leaders of the United States Senate," even though Obama had only been in the body for about two years. In 2007, the National Journal said that Obama had established himself as "the most liberal Senator." More liberal than Sanders? That is quite a feat. Does this make Obama a socialist, too?

DSA describes itself as the largest socialist organization in the United States and the principal U.S. affiliate of the Socialist International. The Socialist International (SI) has what is called "consultative status" with the United Nations. In other words, it works hand-in-glove with the world body.

The international connection is important and significant because an Obama bill, "The Global Poverty Act," has just been rushed through the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, with the assistance of Democratic Senator Joe Biden, the chairman, and Republican Senator Richard Lugar. The legislation (S.2433) commits the U.S. to spending hundreds of billions of dollars more in foreign aid on the rest of the world, in order to comply with the "Millennium Goals" established by the United Nations. Conservative members of the committee were largely caught off-guard by the move to pass the Obama bill but are putting a "hold" on it, in order to try to prevent the legislation, which also quickly passed the House, from being quickly brought up for a full Senate vote. But observers think that Senate Democrats may try to pass it quickly anyway, in order to give Obama a precious legislative "victory" that he could run on.

Another group associated with the SI is the Party of European Socialists (PES), which heard from Howard Dean, the chairman of the Democratic National Committee, back in 2006. Dean's speech is posted on the official Democratic Party website, although the European socialist parties are referred to as "progressive." Democrats, Dean said, want to be "good citizens of the world community." He spoke at a session on "Global Challenges for Progressive Politics."

Following up, in April 2007, PES President Poul Nyrup Rasmussen reported that European socialists held a meeting "in the Democrats HQ in Washington," met with officials of the party and Democratic members of Congress, and agreed that "PES activist groups" in various U.S. cities would start working together. The photos of the trip show Rasmussen meeting with such figures as Senator Ben Cardin, Senator Bernie Sanders, officials of the Brookings Institution, Howard Dean, and AFL-CIO President John W. Sweeney, a member of the DSA. The Brookings Institution is headed by former Clinton State Department official Strobe Talbott, a proponent of world government who was recently identified in the book Comrade J as having been a pawn of the Russian intelligence service.

The socialist connections of Obama and the Democratic Party have certainly not been featured in the Washington Post columns of Harold Meyerson, who happens not only to be a member but a vice-chair of the DSA. Meyerson, the subject of our 2005 column, "A Socialist at the Washington Post," has praised convicted inside-trader George Soros for manipulating campaign finance laws to benefit the far-left elements of the Democratic Party. Obama's success in the Democratic presidential primaries and caucuses is further evidence of Soros's success. Indeed, Soros has financially contributed to the Obama campaign.

It is not surprising that the Chicago Democrat, Rep. Jan Schakowsky, has endorsed Obama. Schakowsky, who endorsed Howard Dean for president in 2004, was honored in 2000 at a dinner sponsored by the Chicago chapter of the DSA. Her husband, Robert Creamer, emerged from federal prison in November 2006 after serving five months for financial crimes. He pleaded guilty to ripping off financial institutions while running a non-profit group. Before he was convicted but under indictment, Creamer was hired by the Soros-funded Open Society Policy Center to sabotage John Bolton's nomination as Ambassador to the U.N.

After his release from prison, Creamer released a book, Listen to Your Mother: Stand up Straight: How Progressives Can Win, described by one blogger as the book that was "penned in the pen." A blurb for the book declares, "Some people think that in order to win, Democrats need to move to the political center by adopting conservative values and splitting the difference between progressive and conservative positions. History shows they are wrong. To win the next election and to win in the long term, we need to redefine the political center."

In addition to writing the book, Creamer is back in business, running his firm, Strategic Consulting Group, and advertising himself as "a consultant to the campaigns to end the war in Iraq, pass universal health care, change America's budget priorities and enact comprehensive immigration reform." His clients have included the AFL-CIO and MoveOn.org. In fact, his client list is a virtual who's who of the Democratic Party, organized labor, and Democratic Party constituency groups.

Creamer's list of testimonials comes from such figures as Democratic Senators Dick Durbin (Ill.) and Sherrod Brown (Ohio), Harold Meyerson, MoveOn.org founder Wes Boyd, and David Axelrod, a "Democratic political consultant."

Axelrod, of course, is much more than just a "Democratic political consultant." He helped State Senator Barack Obama win his U.S. Senate seat in 2004 and currently serves as strategist and media advisor to Obama's presidential campaign.

Over the past few decades Western European countries have have passed laws and taken other steps towards socialism (or Marxism). This, combined with globalization, has lead to increased pressure on the United States to become more socialistic. Although the ideas of socialism seem appealing, it a fundamentally flawed system and it begins a slippery slope that falls into communism.

Wikipedia defines socialism as "a social and economic system (or the political philosophy advocating such a system) in which the economic means of production are owned and controlled collectively by the people. Many socialist ideas come from Marxism (more commonly, "communism"), which essentially calls for a reversal of what we know as the structure of society. In The Communist Manifesto, Karl Marx predicts that the proletariats will overthrow the bourgeoisie (which seems to be happening to some degree). The bourgeoisie are upper management and upper class, the white collar workers, while the proletariats are the working class, the blue collar workers. Since the proletariats "do all the work", Marx and other socialists suggest that they should get an equal share of the wealth. A Marxist society would have no private property rights and goods produced in it would be distributed among the citizens--"from each according to his ability, to each according to his need."

The idea of a Marxist society is very alluring. In today's world of freedom and fairness, the notion of everyone being completely equal, even if this means taking from the rich and giving to the poor, seems just; however, the defect in Marxism is obvious. It is dependent on a type of human nature that is hard to come by. For Marxism to work, very little greed and jealosy can exist and people must have a general feeling of charity and a willingness to work their hardest for the good of everyone. These are obviously not common traits. Marxism could also work if those who have the greatest abilities and those who work the hardest are satisfied with rewards equivalent to those with lesser abilities and those who don't work hard at all. This is also very unlikely. Marxism undoubtedly leads to free riding and slacking.

On the other hand, capitalism utilizes the willpower of individuals, especially entrepreneurs, to foment economic activity. Capitalism is based on the assumption that individuals operate based on self interest; however, by doing so they not only help themselves, but also propel others towards economic success. As Adam Smith put it, "by directing that industry in such a manner as its produce may be of the greatest value, he intends only his own gain, and he is in this, as in many other cases, led by an invisible hand to promote an end which was no part of his intention. Nor is it always the worse for society that it was no part of his intention. By pursuing his own interest he frequently promotes that of the society more effectually than when he really intends to promote it."

I was given an assignment by a teacher in high school to write a paper on whether capitalism or communism would be better in "a perfect world." On first glance, communism seems to be the obvious choice, but if it were a perfect world, then not only would people work hard to support their families and progress individually, but even capitalists would be willing to donate to charities, etc. I believe that in a perfect world, a very similar outcome would occur in either communism or capitalism.

The communist societies that have been or are being attempted are really not communist societies at all, although they try to be. The USSR, for example, attempted communism but ended up being way to totaliarianistic--in stead of everyone working for the benefit of the society, there was a group of individuals with total power (Joseph Stalin took this role for a quarter century). Today's China is the same way--there is a centralized bureaucracy that calls all the shots. In both of these cases many people are forced to take part in the society against their own will. The Soviet Union obviously didn't work and China is becoming more prosperous only as they allow their economy to be more capitalistic. Taiwan, China's capitalistic counterpart, is years ahead of China on almost any measure of prosperity.

The fact is that people can't be forced to take part in communism. It simply won't work unless everyone is willing, and even then greed can easily lead to its demise. On the other hand, capitalism can work even if there are some who don't want to pull their weight--the difference is that those that don't pull their weight will suffer the consequences. Just like in communism, capitalism will work better if everyone works hard to produce valuable products. Also just like in communism, a capitalist society where there exists charity and good will will eliminate preventable suffering of all individuals.

So why has France passed a socialistic labor law which makes it very hard to lay off workers? Why does Canada have government sponsered, free health care? Why do some American workers pay over a third of their income in taxes? Why do so many nations tax and then dole out excessive welfare checks?

It seems as though we are doing the very thing that history has proven doesn't work: forcing socialism. How can France expect its workers to work hard if it's nearly impossible to fire them? How can we expect welfare recipients to find jobs if it's easy for them to sit at home and get welfare? I know that there is a real need for welfare among some people, but there are others who smoke and drink and do nothing to better themselves. Socialism is forced on the rest of Americans when they are taxed and their money goes to such people. If this continues, Americans will become more and more lazy and our nation will degenerate to a quasi-socialist, nonproductive society.

The US is taking baby steps towards socialism. We may not be as far as France, and we're definitely not as far as China, but unless we reverse the current trend we will suffer the consequences.

VOTER FRAUD: Where Is The Outrage From the Left?

I wonder why you never see the left leaning bloggers talk about ACORN and what everyone now knows...? It looks like at least 10 purple toss-up states are experiencing large numbers of fraudulent voter registrations, primarily from the notorious left leaning group that we remember from 2004 and even 2000.

September 15 2008- "ACORN is at the heart of one of the most massive voter fraud campaigns in American history.
ACORN is intimate with Barack Obama and is a major supporter of unions throughout the country and is doing its level best (and illegally at that) trying to assure that Obama wins this election."

"Two years ago, I received a notice in the mail from the Delaware County voter registration office in Media, stating that my request to vote in the county was denied. The document accurately stated my name and my home residence.

Since I had not sent in such a request, and I had in fact been voting in the Commonwealth regularly since 1980, the notice took me by surprise. Instructed to call a number for further information, I soon learned that someone from an organization called Acorn (which I mistakenly assumed was an environmental group) was trying to deprive me of my right to vote, and place someone, presumably of the same name, in the voting booth in my hometown in my place.

I probed further and found out that a good number (at least several dozen) of my fellow Delaware Counteans had been subjected to the same experience..."

He befriends them, listens to their counsel, and he even hires them to work in his campaign.
And they seem to feel the warmth.
President Daniel Ortega of Nicaragua, who led a revolution there in 1979, says Barack Obama's presidential bid is a "revolutionary" phenomenon, and Americans are "laying the foundations for a revolutionary change."

A captured computer revealed that an unknown person chatted with Marxist FARC guerillas on Obama's behalf (they believed), stating he would be the next President and US policy towards Columbia would change.

Frank Marshall Davis, a dear Obama friend and mentor was as a member of the Communist Party USA.
Barack Obama just seems to attract Marxists.

If the people he surrounds himself with are any indication of his core beliefs, a higher capital gains tax to punish the rich, even if it diminishes actual tax revenue, may be only the beginning.

Obama's Official campaign blogger, Sam Graham-Felsen, a former writer for the leftist Nation magazine and a contributor to the Socialist Viewpoint, is certainly a believer in class warfare.
The capitalist ruling class of the United States exercises a virtual dictatorship not only over American society, but also over the entire world. This capitalist class rule is the basic cause of the poverty, wars and the degradation of the natural environment.

He is unrepentant about the horrors his vile ideology encouraged and supports Hamas and Hezbollah with the same willful blindness today.

In an article in the Harvard Crimson, Sam writes of his hero:

For me, hearing Chomsky speak for the first time was a life-changing experience. His ability to take preconceptions and destroy them-to completely remodel one's understanding of reality with cold, hard facts-blew me away. When I left what was then the ARCO Forum last fall, I felt as though I had been through the Matrix and back. Chomsky really has this effect because he bombards you with evidence and logic, not empty rhetoric. It is nearly impossible to hear him or read him-once you've actually checked his facts yourself (he even cites page numbers in public addresses)-and deny what he's saying.

For anyone who has actually endured one of Chomsky's muddled rants or tried to verify the claims in his books, young Sam's praise is comical; and a clear indication he has never actually read one. You find very quickly Chomsky is not overly concerned with "facts," as he fabricates them with abandon. He cites page numbers, to his own books, which recycle themselves with astonishing success. Hardly an example of a towering intellect, his tired canards are sufficient to impress the worshipful Sam Graham-Felsen, and endear himself to the same leftist academics that so easily embraced dictators such Ho Chi Min and Pol Pot, idolize Chavez and Castro and legitimized terrorists like Yasser Arafat. Chomsky is the master of post-modern moral relativism, quick to excuse atrocity with obfuscation.

On the day after 9-11, Chomsky wrote:

"The terrorist attacks were major atrocities. In scale they may not reach the level of many others, for example, Clinton's bombing of the Sudan with no credible pretext, destroying half its pharmaceutical supplies and killing unknown numbers of people."

It may be simple self-aggrandizing hypocrisy that inspires Mr. Chomsky's comments, though I suspect, more likely he mistakes the accolades of twenty year old activists as confirmation of his own genius. He plays what works with the crowd. Here are some other nihilistic gems gleaned from his pedantic and incomprehensible writing:

"If the Nuremberg laws were applied today, then every Post-War American president would have to be hanged."
"Propaganda is to a democracy what the bludgeon is to a totalitarian state."
"Any dictator would admire the uniformity and obedience of the U.S. media."

"The United States is unusual among the industrial democracies in the rigidity of the system of ideological control - "indoctrination," we might say - exercised through the mass media. "

"Everybody's worried about stopping terrorism. Well, there's a really easy way: stop participating in it."

"I have often thought that if a rational Fascist dictatorship were to exist, then it would choose the American system."

Sam Graham-Felsen, hired to run Obama's blog, writes about Noam Chomsky in a Marxist publications that openly calls for revolution against the American government. This is a Presidential candidate's choice to run the on-line portion of his campaign. That speaks volumes of his character and worldview. Contradicting what he says in public,
Obama is surrounding himself with poeple who never seem to learn that their absurd ideologies end in misery and ruin.

Sam is young and has much to learn, so we can forgive his silly hagiographies, the ones about Chomsky and the ones about Obama. His hero worship is eager and emotional and completely without substance, much as Obama's campaign promises are without substance. Obama is a community organizer in the Saul Alinsky mold, and knows where to get people like Sam who have energy and drive. His staff is nothing if not energetic. He even cut his activist teeth in Chicago, the stomping grounds of Alinsky and so many others in the "progressive" community.
One wonders why the windy city still has a murder rate higher than Baghdad, after so many years of enlightened activism.

The adults in the Obama campaign expect us to believe that a campaign staff filled with Marxists and radicals does not reflect the candidate.
We are supposed to believe that ideologues who distain America and Americans can improve the system that has brought humanity more prosperity and well-being than any nation before it. Speaking out of both sides of their mouths, they tell us we are great, and then insist we must change because we are responsible for all the bad things that happen in the world. That alone should anger the electorate enough to defeat them. The change Obama will bring will not be the change America needs or expects. It will be the change of naive adolescents, which think Noam Chomsky wise.

We continue to have an optimistic outlook about the revolutionary potential of the world working class to rule society in its own name-socialism. We are optimistic that the working class, united across borders, and acting in its own class interests can solve the devastating crises of war, poverty, oppression, and environmental destruction that capitalism is responsible for.

Everybody talks about the evil Neo-Cons, but nobody talks about the resurgent Neo-Commies.
"Communist" has been expelled from the Politically Correct lexicon -- which tells us a lot about the Commissars of the PC.
They bear the most amazing resemblance to the old Commissars of (deleted) who killed 60-100 million people in the 20th century. (And Kim Jong Il, not to mention Red China, are still doing it....)Mikhail Gorbachev, who should know them when he sees them, recently warned about a "resurgence of Stalinism" in Russia and Eastern Europe.
The history of Communist crimes was being erased, he said. Well, he was right. But resurgent Stalinism is not limited to those countries. It's in the US and all over the world, as David Horowitz, another former radical, continues to document in great detail.

The Boomer Left is simply filled to the gills with those who used to be called Commies, but who are now "progressives." During the heroic period of American liberals, the Communists were thrown out of the Labor movement, and to some extent out of academia. They came back with the Boomer Left, inspired by the call to conduct a "Long March through the institutions." That call came from Gramsci, who was, you guessed it, a famous Communist Party hack in Italy. (The Long March he referenced was Mao Zedong's mytholigized march to power in China, which led to, oh, at least 40 million deaths.)
The Boomer Lefties who are now getting old simply stacked all the American institutions they could, from the schools to the courts. (See Hillary's youthful infatuation with Saul Alinsky.) And yes, they are not patriotic, because they are internationalists.
That means they want to submerge this country under the control of a Left-ruled imperium. They say it out loud, when they don't think you're listening.

So the bright line that was once drawn between democratic liberals and totalitarian Communists has simply been erased. Today, The New York Times routinely gives extravagant obits to deep-ruby Reds who have sadly passed away, without making a distinction between Stalinists and other shades. Twenty years ago Hollywood had a goofy movie called Reds, celebrating the biggest, most murderous tyranny of the 20th century (which lasted five times longer than the Nazis).
Ronald Reagan as President of the Screen Actors Guild had a huge battle with the Stalinist infiltrators of his time, but today, actors are once again arm-twisted by their profession into Talking Red, even if they don't really believe it. And given that we are talking about the most destructive political movement of the 20th century, with the biggest dummy sucker base in the West, this is not good news for the Republic.

So here's a proposal. Let's allow the Left to rant about Neo-Cons; but conservatives will be allowed to call the "new" Left exactly what it is: The Neo-Commies.
Fair's fair. Words mean things. These folks crawling all over Moveon.org and other Soros fronts are not "Marxists" or "Progressives," "Radicals" -- or especially "Liberals" in any real meaning of the word. They are Neo-Commies.

Hillary Clinton Documents Withheld From Public


WASHINGTON (CNN) -- "Sen. Hillary Clinton's rivals for the Democratic presidential nomination are accusing her of delaying the release of records from her husband's administration.."

Are you getting ready for 4-8 years of a return to Clinton lies and secrecy?
Well Hillary certainly is as she and the Clinton political machine delays and avoids the opening of millions of pages and thousands and thousands of emails documenting Hillary's activities during her husband BJ's reign of sex, lies and missing videotape.

Here is the story from CNN News along with typical Clinton spin to answer the ever mounting demand for the release of this vital information.

Even Barack Obama knows that another Clinton in the white house spells disaster for America.

Socialized medicine, drivers licenses for illegal aliens, open borders, higher taxes, income redistribution and corruption... America can't afford a Democrat in the white house, much less another Clinton.

Update: Meanwhile local extreme leftwing bloggers just like Joe Lieberman referred to yesterday are trying to spin unaccounted for items at the Reagan Library as some big conspiracy...

Control deficiencies at the library created an environment that could potentially have been exploited, Brachfield said."

Run Andrew Run... Run Away


The following is NOT information you will probably be seeing over at Okie Funk or Kittenstomper or Blue Oklahoma or the Daily Kos or Sooner Thought.(without it going through the "spin cycle" first)

Andrew Rice (D) is running against Jim Inhofe (R) for the US senate. The above bloggers have for the most part been doing everything they can to discredit and destroy Jim Inhofe while promoting Andrew Rice as being "good for Oklahoma" and representing "Oklahoma values". They have called Jim Inhofe virtually every name in the book except a nice one, called him racist, anti science, backward, uneducated and worse. Andew Rice however is just a nice concerned young citizen seeking to serve the people of Oklahoma... unless you look a little closer.

Here is your chance to "look a little closer" at Andrew Rice and his web of connections to the extreme far, far, far, left. As far as his "Oklahoma values" go, it appears he got them from Woody Guthrie and not from anyone we would recognize as having Oklahoma values.

A perfect example of how the left attacks' good solid values men like Inhofe while trying to pawn off leftist socialist/communists on us under the guise of having "Oklahoma values".

To Okie Funk and the rest... your values (assuming you have any) do NOT represent Oklahoma and your efforts to bring communism and socialism and populism to our state is despicable and destructive. You are what is WRONG in politics today and it's time the people saw you for what you really are. Laughable but dangerous considering young people believe what you write and say. It's too bad HR 1804 doesn't cover traitors and communists along with illegal aliens.

So, "RUN Andrew RUN"... and take all these moonbat bloggers with you.

Update: Predictably, Okie Funk has raced to the rescue. After doing nothing but writing vile attacks against Senator Inhofe for the past year or longer, Okie Funk does what when someone fights back? Note to the septic tank out back, Inhofe is running solely on his record... while the rest of us are pointing out Rice's dismal record, ...which you refuse to do.

Liberals Attack FOX News


Liberals don't believe in free speech unless they agree with the content of the speech as proven once again by an attack on the number one rated cable News network in America (BTW- rated #1 by American viewers) and attack on the conservative perspective in general by the same hollywood moron that made "OutFoxed" attacking Rupert Murdock and another propaganda film attacking WalMart.

Here is the video in all it's idiocy, claiming that Iran is just a made-up threat by Bush and FOXnews and that other networks had better not fall for it.
Does he seriously want the news networks to NOT REPORT the fact that Iran is participating in the Iraq war, NOT REPORT the fact that Iranian weapons and forces are in Iraq trying to kill US troops, NOT REPORT the threat of a nuclear armed Iran and NOT REPORT the attacks in the north by Iran on the Kurds? Not one of the above CNN, MSNBC, ABC etc. stories/links has anything to do with FOXnews, what a Moron.

You see, liberals are not content with simply disagreeing with FOX News, ...no they are compelled to discredit, destroy and eliminate FOX News from the landscape... "wipe them off the map" so to speak.

In just the same way, liberals seek to eliminate conservative talk radio with the fairness doctrine and other measures due to the fact that liberal talk radio simply doesn't sell to the listeners or the advertisers. Never mind that both conservative and liberal guests appear on most conservative talk radio shows... like Sean Hannity for example who has Democrat guests such as Charlie Rangel, Joe Liberman, Bob Beckle and others on a daily basis... but no, that's not good enough.

CNN newsgoddess Christiane Amanpour had a lot of nerve (clip in the video) saying she felt "intimidated" by the Bush administration and their "foot soldiers at FOX News" considering the fact that she is married to a former Bill Clinton appointee-turned journalist- turned Hillary Clinton strategist -turned Obama strategist.
Talk about being a foot soldier in the media for an administration... but CNN has a deep bench of liberal "news" contributors including famed former Clintonista' strategists James Carville and Paul Begala.

And then there is Bill Moyers, who is a Democrat pundit/political activist posing as a "journalist" where NPR and public television gives him a free pass. Who does he think he's kidding, you can hear his liberal slant in the majority of his stories yet he is on the offensive toward a network )FOX) offering a different perspective than his and his buddies in the mainstreamedia.... as in "drive-by media". Bill Moyers should write in the editorial pages or in an official Democrat party capacity... fine. His opinions should be heard, but he is no journalist.
Speaking of bringing their liberal agenda into their "work", do you need reminded of Rathergate again?

For those not educated, the "drive-by media"... Rush Limbaugh's own definition of "drive-by media", in his own words, "They are exactly like drive-by shooters, they pull up to a congested area, they spray a hail of bullets into the crowd. It causes mass hysteria, confusion, mistakes, and misinterpretation, sometimes people and their careers actually die, and then the drive-by media smirks and they ride away, unnoticed in the excitement. They're never blamed, they're never held accountable."

The drive-by media doesn't actually stop and check facts or talk to both sides of an issue before writing the story.
Why bother?
Before FOX News and conservative talk radio came along, they (old pre-cable news media) didn't need to bother worrying about "facts" since THEY determined what was fact and what wasn't... now their "authority" been challenged and has been found wanting.

FOX News presents BOTH sides (ADA scores FOX most fair and balanced) in the ideological/political/social struggle between liberalism and conservatism... all of the others present the news from a liberal perspective - period. I've been watching news (and following politics) since the 60's and the main stream media has always had a liberal slant since that time at least.

Personally I wish they would just be honest and say where they are coming from and quit pretending to be unbiased. What a joke.

What is the word for a country/government that suppresses and controls the media and seeks to restrict public debate to only one view?
